Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a master's degree in mental health counseling or a similar discipline is preferred.

• Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $101,000, commensurate with experience and performance. In addition to standard compensation, our benefits include:
