Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using structured interviews and standardized questionnaires to accurately identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailoring your approach to address individual client challenges.

• Facilitate and lead psychoeducational and support groups virtually, fostering an environment where clients can share experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach that addresses both psychological and emotional health.

• Provide crisis intervention services, delivering immediate support during mental health emergencies via telehealth technology.

• Educate patients about the nature of their mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of client interactions in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. You will work with individuals, couples, and families, addressing their unique circumstances in a supportive and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Washington State.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy across diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
