Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to assist patients in overcoming mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.

• Maintain meticulous records of treatment progress, client interactions, and confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations through interviews, assessments, and observations to inform the treatment process.

• Facilitate skill-building workshops and therapeutic group sessions to promote personal development and coping strategies among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.
