Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Embers Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions, delivering support and guidance as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a holistic approach to client care, leveraging diverse expertise to improve client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed of advancements in mental health research and treatment modalities.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
