Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, including the creation of crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management plans.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements by submitting accurate and timely documentation, thus contributing to the clinic’s accreditation and licensing processes.

• Utilize evidence-based clinical tools and interventions recommended by the clinical team to support positive behavioral outcomes.

• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to implement positive behavioral support strategies that enhance client care.

• Act as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, ensuring effective communication and resource availability for clients and their families.

• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to advocate for mental health initiatives that align with our mission, fostering partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending conferences, giving presentations, and contributing to task forces and committees related to mental health practice.

• Promote and incorporate the values and philosophy of Brightways Recovery Plus in all interactions and treatment approaches.

• Perform any additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations and client success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brightways Recovery Plus, you will serve a diverse population of clients grappling with various mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries.
