Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy strategies for clients, ensuring each treatment plan addresses their unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, in delivering treatment to a diverse client population.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonuses.
