Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques, to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented, prioritizing evidence-based interventions and measurable outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety while arranging for appropriate follow-up care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, helping them understand coping mechanisms and available community resources to enhance their support system.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation, in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulations imposed by Florida's state licensing board, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to provide holistic care to our diverse client population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Florida state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a comparable credential.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in delivering outpatient therapy services.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic practices, including an ability to engage with clients empathetically and effectively.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
