Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, including the creation of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.

• Document all interactions and treatment activities in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to guide clinical decision-making and ensure effective treatment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individual positive behavior support plans aimed at fostering clients' personal growth.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that the services provided meet our high standards of quality.

• Serve as a liaison to local and state agencies, community partners, and service systems to support client needs effectively.

• Communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, families, and community organizations, to promote our mission and align services with contract standards.

• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and statewide task forces, to enhance your skills and represent the agency effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing emotional health challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Understanding the unique experiences and needs of each client will be pivotal in providing tailored support and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $86,000 to $103,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
