Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Brightside Health Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, aspirations, and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress using a variety of assessment tools, tracking outcomes to ensure effective treatment adjustments are made when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
