Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing trust and maintaining professional ethics throughout treatment duration.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their progress, assess stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and discuss discharge protocols when applicable.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain current and accurate documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and inform treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients effectively.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to foster professional development and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted licensing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting after obtaining your degree.

• Proficient in computer systems including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and other practice management software like PIMSY.
\n
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

While at least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic approaches or those who have completed training in evidence-based treatments will be favored. Comfort with conducting thorough intake assessments is essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
