Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the specific needs of clients, including conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, catering to diverse populations including families, couples, and individuals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address client challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, working closely with other healthcare providers and support staff.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Client Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clientele presents various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your role as a counselor will be pivotal in helping them navigate their concerns and achieve meaningful outcomes in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is mandatory.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington is required.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is necessary, preferably within a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by bonus opportunities based on performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
