This role provides the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your location. Operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our team engages in frequent virtual consultations and utilizes teletherapy tools to maintain effective communication with clients and healthcare partners. You will not only design individualized therapeutic plans but also participate in team meetings aimed at continuously improving our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to determine unique care needs and challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions tailored to address emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment to aging.

Your primary focus will be elderly clients facing a variety of mental health challenges associated with aging, including cognitive decline, loss of loved ones, and modifications in lifestyle. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
