Key Responsibilities\n

This role will primarily focus on elderly individuals who experience mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment disorders associated with aging. You will work closely with clients navigating significant life transitions, such as loss of independence, retirement, and bereavement, all while considering the diverse cultural backgrounds of the individuals served.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to USD 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
