Work Environment\n

This role operates in a completely remote setting, utilizing telehealth technologies to reach clients across Bellevue and beyond. You will maintain a regular work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a structured yet flexible work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to determine specific psychological and emotional care needs.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions addressing a variety of emotional challenges associated with aging, life transitions, and grief.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create individualized and holistic care plans that support the mental health and overall well-being of geriatric clients.

• Provide education and support to family members and caregivers, helping them to understand their loved ones’ needs and how to best assist in their mental health journey.

• Lead grief and loss counseling sessions, providing empathetic support to residents and their families as they navigate end-of-life issues and emotional distress.

This role specifically focuses on serving the geriatric population within our telehealth framework. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 65,000 and 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
