Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing for flexibility and the ability to meet clients where they are most comfortable. Our mental health counselors work primarily within the framework of a community health clinic, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Regular working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, promoting a structured yet adaptable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents, identifying their specific emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, a sign-on bonus may be available to the right candidate. Our benefits package includes:
