Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify and analyze clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy to a diverse population using appropriate therapeutic interventions and tools.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors to deliver holistic care tailored to client requirements.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines to ensure client privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, addiction issues, and other mood disorders. Your role will be critical in guiding clients through their emotional challenges, helping them to develop coping strategies, and fostering a supportive community where clients can share experiences and support one another.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
