Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups, identifying the unique therapeutic needs of each client.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing innovative methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) among other clinical practices.

• Perform initial comprehensive patient assessments, effectively triaging care to ensure appropriate treatment interventions are provided.

• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams, participating in meetings and documentation processes to align on patient care strategies.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients across diverse age groups, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Manage assigned patient caseloads, coordinating with community resources and other professionals to secure holistic support for clients.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of documentation aligned with departmental standards and requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a current license as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
