Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMHC, you will engage in various essential tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive initial mental health evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the State of New York.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related mental health profession.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient setting or private practice.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed care.
