Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans for clients.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that practices meet the highest standards.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners and state agencies to support clients and promote available services.

• Foster open communication and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.

• Pursue continuous professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and possible representation of the agency at relevant meetings.

• Work closely with the Clinic Director to address operational needs and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Hope Wellness Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide an attractive suite of benefits, including productivity bonuses, paid time off (PTO), health, dental, and vision insurance, and dependent care accounts.
