Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Formulating pre-crisis and crisis response strategies through collaboration with clients and their families, as well as developing behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all regulatory requirements, ensuring that treatment records reflect the current needs and progress of clients.

• Participating actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of practice within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse range of clients including individuals struggling with serious mental health issues, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting, providing hands-on experience with diverse client populations.

• License eligibility as mandated by the State of Washington, ensuring you can practice as an LMHC.

• A valid driver’s license in good standing for potential client-related travel and visits.

• Superb communication skills, essential for establishing rapport and trust quickly with clients.
