Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in the treatment and support of clients facing various mental health challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Consistently communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to report patient progress, concerns, and any potential issues that may arise during treatment.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, including assessment notes and progress reports in adherence to departmental policies.

• Collaborating closely with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments, utilizing evidence-based interventions.

• Providing therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention tailored to the specific emotional and behavioral needs of patients.

• At least three years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient setting.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
