Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to inform treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Employing your clinical judgment to determine the most appropriate treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of stable, low acuity adults who deal with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief. By focusing on these manageable cases, you will have the opportunity to craft meaningful therapeutic relationships and contribute to positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current state license issued by the applicable board; accepted licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, depending on your caseload and experience level. In addition, we provide benefits including:
