Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have numerous responsibilities that directly impact our clients' well-being:

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to tailor treatment approaches to individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy sessions designed to address specific mental health challenges.

• Complete essential documentation including billing information, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms promptly and accurately.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans and wellness plans, ensuring clients have strategies for maintaining stability and preventing relapses.

• Create effective discharge plans that support clients' transitions out of therapy services.
\n
• Adhere to federal and state regulations, as well as the policies of Inland Psychiatric Counseling Center, to maintain high standards of professional practice.

• Continuously work on your own professional skills and competence through training and participation in care consultations and agency meetings.

• Complete all necessary licensure and compulsory training requirements to maintain your eligibility to practice.
