Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing our Licensed Mental Health Therapists the flexibility to work from their chosen environment while still providing high-quality care. Our clinic emphasizes a collaborative atmosphere, encouraging teamwork among mental health professionals, psychiatrists, and community resource partners. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally attuned mental health assessments to understand the unique backgrounds and experiences of your patients.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches sensitive to the cultural and personal contexts of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on an array of mental health concerns to promote healing and resilience.

• Collaborate closely with other health care professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs, ensuring continuity in treatment.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, maintaining a calming presence during emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic options, and available community resources to enhance the support network.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in regular case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions to improve service delivery.

• Stay updated on the latest research and practices in mental health therapy to provide the highest quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

• Substantial knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and principles of cultural competency in therapy.

• Experience in delivering therapeutic services using responsive and inclusive methodologies in individual and group settings.
\n
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, combined with the ability to maintain composure in tense situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, aimed at fostering trusting relationships with diverse individuals.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

• A commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality while engaging collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
