Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that reflect client's goals and needs, and continuously monitoring their progress through regular assessments and adjustments.

• Collaborating effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to create a holistic and integrated approach to patient care. This may involve case reviews, team meetings, and shared treatment planning.

• Providing immediate support and intervention to clients and families experiencing acute crises, fostering stability and conflict resolution through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within the required record-keeping systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

This role focuses on serving diverse clients, particularly children and families, who require tailored mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid state license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
