Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and engage in individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and behavioral therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to foster comprehensive care for patients.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, providing immediate support to families facing acute emotional challenges, and guide them through conflict resolution strategies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children, adolescents, and families. You will address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral concerns. Your compassion and skills will positively impact vulnerable populations and promote family resilience through effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active and valid license in Washington State as a LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.

• At least 2-5 years of demonstrated experience providing direct therapeutic services to children and families in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with diverse client backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
