Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that directly inform the creation and implementation of personalized treatment plans.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, social workers, and physicians, to create a holistic support network for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to client progress, treatment interventions, and session outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to collaborate on client care and share insights on challenges and successes.

• Contribute to the development of educational resources and workshops to enhance community mental health awareness and engagement.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a variety of populations regarding mental health concerns.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by robust interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in utilizing virtual therapy tools and technologies to engage clients effectively.

• Previous experience developing and leading group therapy sessions.
