Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Wise Mind Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a varied client base, including individuals experiencing substance use disorders, PTSD, mood disorders, and anxiety. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be expected to utilize culturally competent practices to address their unique needs effectively. Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients is paramount to fostering trust and achieving positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with various mental health issues.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed during emergencies.

Wise Mind Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year.
