Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess psychological, emotional, and behavioral health, documenting findings meticulously from initial consultation through treatment completion.

• Create customized treatment and recovery plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups, incorporating evidence-based interventions that promote therapeutic success.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of techniques to facilitate open communication and client engagement.

• Monitor and document client progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to intervention strategies as required.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to develop integrated intervention plans, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, and familiarity with technological tools to enhance service delivery.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly within the community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
