Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with clients via secure video conferencing to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group therapy sessions, utilizing your expertise in various therapeutic modalities and techniques.

• Employ virtual tools to perform thorough mental health screenings, identifying issues and prescribing appropriate interventions.

• Establish a strong therapeutic relationship with clients, getting to know their personal goals, circumstances, and preferences for effective care.

• Create, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain scheduled sessions with clients, continuously adapting treatment approaches to align with their evolving needs.

• Engage in team meetings and professional consultations to enhance the overall quality of care provided and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, including adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field such as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• Must possess an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
