This role is performed in a remote setting with the option for in-person sessions at our outpatient office if preferred. Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and evaluate clients using comprehensive diagnostic tools to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to clients' unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Conduct weekly or biweekly follow-up sessions, monitor treatment progress, and adjust approaches based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Engage in crisis management when necessary, providing timely support to clients experiencing escalated emotional states.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans within our electronic medical records (EMR) system to maintain continuity of care.

• Collaborate effectively with case management to coordinate services and provide holistic support to clients.
\n
• Foster a non-judgmental, empathetic therapeutic relationship, ensuring clients feel safe and understood.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and trauma-related issues. The ability to connect with a varied clientele and adapt your therapeutic approach will be critical to their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as mandated by state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
