Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to tailor approaches that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, closely monitoring each patient’s response to ensure effective outcomes.

• Manage therapeutic crises as they arise, using your expertise to provide immediate and appropriate interventions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance and facilitating seamless communication.
\n
• Facilitate regular follow-up sessions, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with case management teams to coordinate comprehensive care and support for each patient.
\n
• Maintain an empathetic approach, ensuring a non-judgmental stance to foster a safe therapeutic environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role involves working with a broad spectrum of clients, including those struggling with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief, trauma, and Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). You will provide guidance and support to individuals facing mental health challenges while promoting positive coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• A valid Social Work License in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• Demonstrated experience with various psychotherapy modalities and a comprehensive understanding of mental health diagnoses.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients while delivering high-quality care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective therapy and collaboration.

• A clean history regarding medical malpractice claims, validated by a third party.
\n
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a telehealth capacity is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy platforms is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
