Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for:

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth.
\n
• Developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of adolescent and young adult clients.
\n
• Participating in weekly case discussions with fellow clinicians to enhance collaboration and share best practices.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client records in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through our free online Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
\n
• Contributing to a supportive environment that promotes patient wellness and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults, a demographic facing a uniquely challenging period in their lives. By limiting group sizes to a maximum of 8 clients, we enable our therapists to forge meaningful relationships and provide individualized attention. This approach allows our clinicians to engage deeply with clients, fostering a safe space for exploration and healing.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• A current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
\n
• Availability to dedicate between 12 to 40 hours of service per week based on whether you choose a 1099 (contractor) or W2 (employee) position.
\n
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with prior experience in:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, we offer:
