Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering culturally sensitive counseling for mental health challenges and substance use disorders to both individuals and groups.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques to guide clients in setting and achieving personal goals.

• Coordinating comprehensive care through consultation with case managers, healthcare providers, and community resources.

• Facilitating biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and determine appropriate interventions.

• Completing and presenting detailed psychological assessment reports, providing feedback that aligns with each client’s comprehension level.

• Engaging in collaborative treatment planning with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and behavioral coaches.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
