Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) allowing you to work independently, with no limitations or provisional status.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and supportive nature conducive to building rapport with clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with telehealth software and other digital tools.

• A reliable computer with a webcam and audio capabilities, and a dependable internet connection for conducting video sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

We are seeking candidates who have at least two years of experience in mental health counseling, ideally with a focus on solution-based approaches. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote client interaction will be considered an asset. The ideal therapist will exhibit a patient-centered approach and possess the ability to quickly establish a therapeutic alliance with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with the hours worked and experience level. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposits, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. You will receive comprehensive support to ensure your success in this role.
