Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver professional individual, family, and group therapy sessions through evidence-based practices, utilizing therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health issues, strengths, and challenges, and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically relevant documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment interventions, adhering to professional and ethical standards.

• Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices within the field of mental health counseling to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse client base, including adults and families who may be dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or equivalent in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or other state-recognized license is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
