Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and gather detailed evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, personalized to clients' specific circumstances, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may prefer virtual engagement or face challenges accessing traditional in-person therapy.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings and professional development opportunities to advance your clinical competencies and stay updated with emerging therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
