Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions using mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in managing stress and improving mental wellness.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the unique challenges and goals of each client, tailoring mindfulness techniques to their specific needs.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques that encourage self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.

• Lead group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and personal growth, creating a safe and collaborative space for participants to explore these concepts.

• Document client progress meticulously, noting interventions, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and support for clinical decision-making.

• Engage in monthly team meetings to collaborate with fellow therapists, sharing insights and strategies to enhance our mindfulness practices within therapeutic settings.

• Maintain ongoing personal mindfulness practice to ensure authenticity in guiding clients and continuously enrich professional knowledge.

Your clients will comprise individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and general stress-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly mindfulness-based approaches.
