Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to motivate and assist clients in achieving their mental health goals, adapting approaches as needed for diverse populations.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Pioneer new therapeutic protocols by piloting experimental techniques under the supervision of our clinical leadership team.

• Engage in continuous professional development through our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model training.

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop detailed psychological reports, providing vocational guidance and feedback to clients based on their individual comprehension level.

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ overall suitability for various therapeutic placements, work assignments, or additional referrals.

• Deliver culturally sensitive counseling services for both mental health and substance use issues to individuals and group settings.

• Coordinate care through consultations with clients, case managers, and external service providers, ensuring seamless integration of services for optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
