Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and, when applicable, family, marriage, and group therapy sessions based on your expertise.

• Administer mental health screenings and ongoing evaluations to track progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Provide support and crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating responsiveness to immediate mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, primarily adults, adolescents, and families who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling or social work, with valid licensing as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in counseling theories and techniques, alongside a solid foundation in mental health practices relevant to individual and family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly , based on qualifications and experience.
