Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults presenting with stable, low acuity mental health needs. By focusing on this demographic, you will provide meaningful interventions that contribute positively to their everyday experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice. We accept:

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and a supportive nature.

• Strong technological proficiency, including familiarity with video conferencing tools.

• A reliable computer setup with webcam and audio capabilities essential for effective telehealth sessions.

• A dependable internet connection for seamless remote operations.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your annual compensation will range from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your experience and the hours you choose to work. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes a sign-on bonus, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and the convenience of weekly direct deposit for timely payments.
