Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions using therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions tailored to the needs of each client.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing the specific mental health challenges faced by clients, ensuring regular assessment of their progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers in our practice to coordinate efforts and provide holistic care to clients.

• Offer immediate support for families in crisis situations, assisting them in managing acute issues and resolving interpersonal conflicts effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards while utilizing our telehealth systems efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on children, adolescents, and their families. You will be working with clients dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. Your understanding of family dynamics and your ability to connect with young clients will play a critical role in fostering trust and promoting positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy

• Active state licensure in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing therapeutic services to children and families in a clinical capacity.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
