Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Deliver individualized therapy using various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), addressing the specific challenges faced by each client.

• Establish and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their input and engagement throughout the therapeutic process.

• Provide flexible teletherapy options, accommodating clients who may have scheduling conflicts or prefer virtual consultations for privacy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records in compliance with ethical standards and regulations, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
