Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, utilizing structured clinical interviews and diagnostic tools to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement individual therapy sessions using recognized evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches suited to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and maintain ongoing evaluation of their progress throughout treatment, adjusting techniques as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients preferring virtual interactions or those encountering geographical or physical barriers to accessing traditional in-office appointments.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that adheres to ethical and regulatory standards, including treatment updates, progress notes, and collaborative care communications.

• Engage in continuing professional development by attending workshops, and seminars, and participating in peer consultation groups to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
