Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client mental health needs effectively.

• Develop, update, and implement individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Provide individual and group therapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on care strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring a safe therapeutic atmosphere.

• Continually stay updated with developments in the mental health field, including regulations, best practices, and new therapeutic resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and family dynamics. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and from various cultural backgrounds. You will engage in a collaborative therapeutic process that respects each client's unique story and empowers them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple caseloads efficiently.

• Adept at using telehealth platforms and maintaining client engagement through remote sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families, is highly valued. Familiarity with integrated care settings or community health clinics will be advantageous. Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and experience in crisis intervention will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
