Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses through effective interviewing techniques, observation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic modalities appropriate for each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that emphasize evidence-based interventions and assist clients in developing coping strategies for various mental health challenges.

• Regularly monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly, ensuring that clients have the tools needed to overcome their issues.

• Provide appropriate referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, and coordinate care as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Adhere to ethical standards, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold professional boundaries in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a rich variety of clients facing an array of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
