Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic progress.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Guide clients in developing effective coping strategies and essential life skills to manage their symptoms and challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records according to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case consultations, and professional development workshops to enhance therapeutic competencies and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active independent state-issued licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong ability to conduct professional evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to meet clients’ needs.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and strong computer literacy, including the ability to navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
