Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting detailed clinical intake assessments and ongoing psychotherapy sessions with clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client base, primarily serving individuals aged 9 through adulthood. Given our focus on holistic care, you will utilize a combination of therapeutic and preventative techniques to address a range of mental health issues. Our environment allows for more personalized care, minimizing high-volume caseload stresses typically associated with community mental health settings. This allows you to focus on developing long-term therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes in your clients’ lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 105,000 per year. This compensation is competitive and reflective of the licensure held and client engagement levels.
