Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions through the application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, utilizing de-escalation strategies and developing acute care plans for clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to coordinate client care and optimize treatment efficacy.

• Educate clients and families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs through supportive services.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively understand and address client needs.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, ideally encompassing various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to new employees. Benefits include:
