Key Responsibilities\n

• Therapeutic Interventions: Conduct individualized therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy for clients dealing with various mental health issues.

• Assessment and Treatment Planning: Thoroughly assess client histories, document findings, and develop personalized treatment plans in consultation with patients and other mental health professionals.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and contribute to the development of program activities to enhance patient care.

• Progress Tracking: Monitor and document patient progress and reactions to various therapeutic interventions using approved digital platforms.

• Professional Engagement: Collaborate with the Clinical Director and other organizational staff on quality improvement initiatives and treatment efficacy evaluations.

• Ongoing Education: Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment methodologies and actively participate in professional development activities.

• Administrative Duties: Fulfill other operational and administrative responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including children and families facing developmental differences and mental health challenges. You will deliver individualized support in various formats, including one-on-one sessions, group therapy, and family counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a closely related field.

• Valid and active licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience working in mental health, particularly with children and families facing developmental challenges.
